We undertake architectural services on a wide variety of projects, mainly in Leicestershire and the surrounding counties including Rutland, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Warwickshire, ranging from small to medium-sized house extensions or new build houses for private clients through to work for organisations such as charities, developers and local businesses. We provide a full or part architectural service based on the RIBA plan of work, which is recognised across the industry and has been refined and developed over the last eighty years.We have specialist knowledge and experience of the renovation and restoration of old and historic buildings, many listed and in conservation areas. We are skilled at accommodating the needs of present day users within the constraints of the historic fabric whilst complying with current standards, guidelines and good practice. We sensitively design complementary, sometimes contemporary, extensions or interventions which enhance the buildings.
We have an excellent track record in successfully obtaining planning permissions on all types of project, obtaining listed building and conservation area consents also building regulations approvals, working with planning, historic and structural consultants when necessary.
